Product Return Terms

At the ORLOV & FROLOV Home Design online store, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchased product, you can return it in accordance with the terms described below.

1. General Provisions

1. 1.1. The return of goods to the online store is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
2. 1.2. Goods made to individual order are not subject to return.
3. 1.3. The costs of returning the goods to the online store are borne by the Buyer.
4. 1.4. Upon the return of goods of proper quality, the online store will refund the amount paid for the goods, minus the compensation for the online store's expenses related to the delivery of the goods to the Buyer.
5. 1.5. The terms of return for goods shipped outside of Ukraine are regulated individually and may differ from the standard return terms within Ukraine. The Buyer must contact the Seller to clarify the return procedure in each specific case.

2. Return of Goods of Proper Quality

1. 2.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the goods were not in use, their товарный вид ( товарный вид), consumer properties, seals, and original packaging are preserved, and a document confirming the fact of purchase is available.

3. Return of Goods of Improper Quality

1. 3.1. In case of detection of hidden defects or non-compliance of the goods with the stated characteristics, the Buyer has the right to replace the goods or receive a refund.
2. 3.2. To return goods of improper quality, it is necessary to provide evidence of the defect (photo, video).

4. Return Procedure

1. 4.1. To arrange a return, the Buyer must contact us by phone at +380503886360 or by email at info@orlov-design.com and inform us of their intention to return the goods.
2. 4.2. After agreeing on the return conditions, the Buyer must send the goods to the address provided by our managers.
3. 4.3. Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods and confirmation of their compliance with the return conditions.
