Payment Methods

We offer a variety of payment options to make your shopping experience as convenient as possible.

Payments from Ukraine

• In our showroom: cash, card via terminal, IBAN bank transfer, or QR code payment.
• On the website: IBAN bank transfer (based on a pre-issued invoice), or via WayForPay – a payment service that supports:
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • Privat24
  • VISA / MasterCard cards
  • Cash via PrivatBank terminals
  • Installments or credit payments from PrivatBank, Monobank, A-Bank, Globus Bank, and OTP Bank

International Payments

We accept payments from abroad in the following ways:

• Private individuals – via SWIFT bank transfer
• Legal entities – via Payoneer

Automated international payment options are currently in development. If you're an international customer, please contact us to discuss the most convenient way for you to pay.

Cash on Delivery

Since most of our products are custom-made, we do not offer cash on delivery.

Prepayment Terms

• Orders up to $2,500: 100% prepayment is required.
• Orders over $2,500: 70–80% prepayment is required. The remaining amount can be paid upon pickup or courier delivery.
• For domestic shipping within Ukraine: the remaining balance can be paid after order completion, either before or upon delivery. (Note: postal services may charge an additional fee for money transfer).
• For international orders: only 100% prepayment is accepted, after confirming all order details.

Digital Receipts

We comply with Ukrainian legislation and issue an official electronic fiscal receipt for each purchase made by Ukrainian customers.

Payment System Fees

When using banks or third-party payment systems, additional transaction fees may apply. These fees are paid by the customer.

Customs Duties and Taxes

International customers may be subject to customs duties or import taxes upon receiving the order, depending on their country's laws. The responsibility for paying these fees lies with the customer.

If such fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, refund and compensation terms will apply as outlined in the Shipping section.
